Mitsuo NAKATANI

Mr. Mitsuo NAKATANI is a fully qualified Patent Attorney and the President of HIKARI NAI-GAI Patent Office.

M. NAKATANI graduated from the Chemical Department of Tokyo Educational National University (Now "TSUKUBA university"). He had worked for large-size and medium-size patent firms in Tokyo for more than 30 years before the establishment of HIKARI NAI-GAI Patent Office.

During them, in addition to the filing and prosecuting applications in Japan as well as in foreign countries including U.S.A. EPC, European countries, Canada, Australia, China, Korea, Taiwan, Mexico, South American countries, etc., M. NAKATANI also actively handled oppositions, PTO trials, professional advices and counseling, litigations, interferences, etc.

M. NAKATANI has been being dealt with outgoing and incoming cases on behalf of domestic and overseas clients over widely technical fields for more than 30 years, so HIKARI NAI-GAI Patent Office can surely ensure, protecting and defending clients' best benefits for their domestic and overseas markets. He is admitted to represent clients' IP infringement lawsuits before the courts.
